The Key Spirit of School Culture

Abstract: The key spirit of school culture is not to employ the small
skills of the so called school-character, but to cultivate the BIG SPIRITS
of independent personality. Human born to be at liberty, but he may give
up the rights to chase freedom because of their laziness and recreance.
Human also born to be at equality, but they inhibit others’ instinct
because of their acts of pursuing the privilege. The basic task of school
culture is to promote the instinct of freely and voluntarily developed of
human, and maintains rights that every being equal. The key spirit of
school culture needs to be transformed into the culture of teaching and
class-life.
