On the pursuit for “the Chinese Taste” of Chinese Teaching
in the new Curriculum Reform

Abstract
At present, many non-Chinese factors exist in Chinese teaching such as over-Chinese-teaching phenomenon , the lack of deep-reading articles, which lead to marginalization of Chinese teaching and low level of Chinese teaching with inefficiency. In allusion to this phenomenon, this paper brings forward the affirmation on pursuit of “the taste of Chinese teaching” which has practical significance on the correctness of the present Chinese teaching. The emphasis on the pursuit of the “taste” of Chinese teaching is: ①Chinese teaching should materialize its characteristics and charms ②The teaching and study of Chinese should be in organic amalgamation ③The accomplishment of teachers and the potential of the students should be in good interaction ④knowledge-learning, competence-training, individuality-developing and the Chinese charming rhyme can achieve higher level bourn. To meet the need of materialization of “Chinese teaching taste”, teachers should exert themselves in the improvement of the Chinese teachers’ accomplishment, highlight the language learning and pay attention to the participation of the students in the teaching process. Teachers and students co-create the Chinese tastes for the Chinese class to get better results in Chinese teaching.
