With the effects of globalization, a new world economic, political, social and cultural characteristic has been emerged, and education has been embedded with these contexts.
A diverse faces of globalization are resulted in modern and postmodern theories.
This article signifies the commonality and difference of the globalization, and points out a way out for educators as globalization shows its hegemony through increasing its profits and powers.
That is, in significant modern and postmodern theories of globalization, education is expected to be critical enough to claim for its autonomy, novelty and centrality to overcome any one-sidedness and ideological biases involved in globalization.
In conclusion, critical thinking ability and disposition should be taken as a salient feature of our time via Buildung to reach education equity, in particular, in such a technocapitalism age.
