Mental Health and Career Management

Abstract: The evolution of the concept “career management” has been thought of as a course approaching the perspectives of mental health, as well as the course of forming the close relationship of dependant relationship with mental health. The career management in the view of mental health is developing in the interweaved framework of career management, whose fundamental task is to construct complete personality and effectively adapt to the society. The ultimate objective of career management is self-fulfillment. The approaches of career planning to accomplish its fundamental task and realize its ultimate objective are through exploration activities and experiential learning. Career management is of profound significance for the individual development, whose educational value cannot be ignored.
