Abstract: Based on investigating the notions from language, culture and education, we find that “Diction culture” may generalize the idea historically condensed behavioral technique of applying national language in cultural arena and the idea the continuous socialization process in the dimension of human being’s speech intelligence in which the individual experiences the influences, edification, soakage and awakening in educational arena. Reflecting on the existence of the linguistic representation, we may conclude that its ontology is just the “diction culture”. Conceptually manipulating language curriculum and instruction, the ideal form can only be the “diction culture”.
