农村初中留守学生教育现状的调查与思考

【摘要】本研究报告,就我县农村30所初中留守学生的教育情况进行调查。调查从留守学生的生活、学习及非智力因素的形成几个方面,采用问卷、座谈、走访等形式,共收回学生问卷千余份,开座谈会30余场,走访学生监护人近百人,获得了第一手材料,分析了教育问题形成的原因,得出的结论是:校长不重视,学校没有科学的教育管理措施,班主任工作不具体,任课教师无任务。基于此,本报告提出了符合当前农村初中教育管理的几点对策。本报告分四个部分:(1)留守学生及研究意义;(2)农村初中留守学生的现状与思考;(3)农村初中对留守学生教育的现状及思考;(4)关于农村初中留守学生教育的几点对策。

【Abstract】The present study, the 30 rural Icounty students in junior high school education remain under investigation.
